Information about using BoxScribe and its individual plans.
What you purchase
Access to online software that transcribes dictation and prepares report drafts using artificial intelligence, templates and user instructions. BoxScribe does not provide the underlying professional service. A competent person must review, correct and approve every result before using, signing or sending it.
Account and use
Accounts and individual plans are personal. Protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass controls or upload content without authorization or a valid legal basis. Users retain applicable rights in their content and authorize its processing to provide the service.
Plans and delivery
The USD 89.00 monthly plan includes 1000 reports per paid monthly period. The USD 149.00 monthly plan includes 3,000 reports for one professional. Drafts are delivered in the application. Under monthly plans, a report counts once on successful delivery; editing, copying or downloading it adds no further usage. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
Price and service period
Prices are expressed in USD as a reference. In Colombia, the application displays the final COP amount before you confirm payment through Wompi. Check the plan, total and service period during purchase. Renewals or plan changes start after already paid periods; contact support if you need an immediate change.
Promotional trial
Eligible accounts can generate up to 15 reports without payment. Verification is required and controls apply to repeated use of the promotion. The trial lasts 30 days from the first generated report. Check your balance and expiry in the application. Use classic or intelligent setup to add templates and previous reports and adapt drafts to your style.
Review, availability and records
AI can make mistakes, omit information or produce inaccurate content. Uninterrupted availability and the correctness of every result are not guaranteed. Professionals must retain final documents in the appropriate system; BoxScribe does not replace official files, case records or medical records required by their activity.
